Design Thinking is a problem solving toolkit in which human needs are at the core of the solution. Customer experience, service quality and product design are the factors which make a business stand out among its competition. In this SIG we will focus on all things Design through knowledge sharing seminars, discussions, and hands-on sessions.

Who Will Lead?

This SIG will be led by Aneeqa Ishaq who is currently managing customer experience and service design at Telenor Pakistan. Aneeqa has a Masters degree in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University. Her past experiences include Lutron Electronics Inc., Hewlett Packard Labs Palo Alto, Stanford University and International Telecommunication Union.
