Event Details

Leadership SIG series is back with its eighth episode, “Managing Oneself”. In the last session, we focused on the significance of setting goals and how to do it, now we are moving towards the art of self-management.

Managing yourself first is a prerequisite for managing others. Imagine your behavior to be mood driven instead of values or habits driven. You would generally be happy in the morning but become withdrawn in the afternoon, or vice versa. How can you change your perspective of your paradigms (thinking beyond thinking), we will discuss in this session.

Who Should Attend?

Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Students looking to work in a leadership role.
